- No returns or exchanges after 14 days.
- Purchase prices at time of order are final. All Layaways are non-refundable, and all payments are forfeited after 30 days of non-payment.
- Cables can be returned within 14 days for full refund if unopened.
- No returns on new or used computer systems or laptops.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the cost of the transaction, depreciation, testing, and repackaging.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without original receipt.
- No returns or exchanges without all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, disks, cables, and boxes (all in new condition).
- In-warranty returns are for repair/replacement only.
- Labor and freight charges are non-refundable. No refund on deposit.
- Returns must be made at our store location. Shipping charges to and from our store are the customer’s responsibility.
- If an item being returned or exchanged is not in stock, Hytec will obtain a suitable replacement within 14 days.
- Equivalent substitutions will be made for items that are out of production.
- Open software can NOT be returned. We do not guarantee compatibility. Read the requirements prior to purchase.
- Operating Systems can NOT be returned opened or unopened (due to Microsoft licensing restrictions).
